Virtual Eagle Trail Workshop

A unique virtual experience where Scouts work with counselors on three Eagle required badges , Tuesday, December 27th through Thursday, December 29th from 8:45am to 12:00pm. 

Participants must have reached the First Class rank by the start of the workshop. 

The opening will begin at 8:45.
Scouts will be moved to the breakout rooms for the badges that they have selected at 9:00 am.  At 9:50 am all participants will reconvene. This process will repeat for the 10:00 am and 11:00 am merit badge classes. Please make sure Scout know their schedule prior to workshop. They will be responsible for putting themselves in the correct classroom. 

The Counselors are asking that all prerequisites that can be done before class are completed. The scout must be ready to discuss the material during the workshop. This will help the scouts finish the day with a completed badge. Badges may not be completed at the class if prerequisites are not completed or if tracking of task are needed such as with Personal Fitness and Personal Management. Instructors will be available for follow up on incomplete requirements at the scouts request.  If prerequisites are not completed prior to attending class or tracking of 90 day requirements are needed the scout should expect to receive a partial for the class until the work is completed to the satisfaction of the counselor.  

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION PLEASE WATCH FOR YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION,  It will contain more details of the prerequisites for certain classes. Receiving and following these instructions will prepare you for a great experience at the class. NOTE: while there are some requirements that you will do before class it is suggested that you read all the requirements and the booklet so that you are fully prepared to participate in the class. 

Scouts are required to have their videos/camera on for the duration of the session so that Counselors can ensure their participation and engagement. Counselors have the discretion to determine if a Scout completed the requirements based on their engagement during the session
