The Dan Beard Council and districts plan camp-o-rees and other outings during the year that give Scouts an opportunity to test their knowledge and skills in competitive events with other troops and kids their age.

Session 1: Camp Michaels

Date: April 17th - April 19th

Cost: $15 per Scout | $10 per Adult

Volunteer Lead: Jim Albertz

The theme is Conservation. Several conservation events will take place on Saturday including erosion control, stormwater management, and vegetation planting. Service hours will be awarded to participants.

Session 2: Camp Hook

Date: May 1st - May 3rd

Cost: $15 per Scout | $15 per Adult

This year is the 100th anniversary of Camp Hook, formerly Mound Builders Council Summer Camp, that was home to many generations of Scouts that createed adventures here for nearly 70 years. We are celebrating that History with a one of a kind Camporee!
