Event Details

2023 Tigers, Bears & Wolves / Webelos & AOLs Resident Summer Camp @ QSR

Session #1: June 1 - 4

Session #2: June 8 - 11 **Cancelled**

Youth Fee: $200

Adult Fee: $140

The Council is using the same payment schedule for 2023 as we did for the 2022 Summer Camp Season.  We are using the Estimation Phase  which is a $100 fee which you will be able to apply toward the total fees for Scouts and leaders who come to camp. The fee is NOT refundable or transferable if the unit fails to attend camp. The Unit Estimation Phase will close Wednesday, November 30, 2022. This number is not binding, but please be as accurate as possible, it will provide us the information we need to provide YOU a better experience! This step did not lock in the Early Bird fee for your unit.

Remaining balances, for all attendees, ALL CAMPS will be due on May 4, 2023.

When the unit registers, camp site options will be offered for your top 3 selections, but NOT guaranteed. One campsite that we are offering holds 10 platform tents for an additional $200 cost per week.  Selection will be through a drawing of all those who have chosen that option. The Unit will be notified by February 15, 2023.

Youth Protection Training: All adults, both partial or full week, are required to be current on their Youth Protection Training. This can be completed online prior to arrival online at www.My.Scouting.org.

BSA Registration: All youth must be registered in the BSA. All adults accompanying a Scouting unit who are at camp 72 total hours or more must be registered as a leader in the BSA. The 72 hours does not need to be consecutive.

BSA Health and Medical Record: All youth and adults staying overnight must have a BSA Health and Medical Record, Part A & B.
