Viking Quest Freeze-O-Ree

When:

• Friday 4:00–8:00 PM – Check-in
• Saturday 7:30 AM–10:00 PM – Activities & Competitions
• Sunday 10:00 AM – Departure

Where: Camp FGL

Registration:

• Deadline: Jan 9 | $25 per Scout/friend
• Hoodies optional ($25–$32)
• Open to Scouts, Troops, Venture Crews, and Arrow of Light Dens

Activities:

• Form your tribe: Viking names, shields, banners
• Survival skills: fire building, knot tying, plant ID, first aid
• Longboat challenge, obstacle course, axe throwing, archery
• Viking Stew competition & longboat decoration
• Skits, costumes, campfire & awards

Guidelines:

• Pre-registration only; closed-toe shoes required
• Units provide camping gear, food, and first aid
• Pets not allowed; alcohol/drugs prohibited
• Waterfront activities require swim check & Swimmer classification
• Leave No Trace
