Scouts BSA Merit Badge College

Event Details

2025 Scout College hosted by Crossroads District, open to all!

Sign up for two full Saturdays of hands-on, in-person advancement and training at Pine Hill Scout Reservation!

The catalog of badges is available as an attachment, linked to the side of this page. Course selections will be made at checkout for each Scout and can be updated through the end of April. Many badge sessions run multiple times a day, so choose a badge once. A Scout's schedule for May 3 will be the same for May 10.

**Adults: Sign up for Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmaster Training on May 3th at 1pm in Lekau Lodge and Troop Committee Training on 5/10 at 1pm in Lekau Lodge! Choose Adult Participant during registration and add the class; it will meet for a triple-period (5-7)

Badge and Seminar Session Times - These are the same May 3 and May 10

Period 1: 8:30 am to 9:15 am

Period 2: 9:30 am-10:15 am

Period 3: 10:30 am-11:15 am

Period 4: 11:30 am-12:15 pm

**LUNCH** 12:15 pm - 1:00 pm  (Participants must bring their own lunches or lunch can be purchased at event)

Period 5: 1:00 pm-1:45 pm

Period 6: 2:00 pm-2:45 pm

Period 7: 3:00 pm-3:45 pm

Period 8: 4:00 pm-4:45 pm

Blue Cards have gone digital! The Registration Contact will be able to access digital blue cards (complete or partial) through their registration portal, under the Reports tab. Several format options are available, including export to Scoutbook and export to Troop Master. Troops are encouraged to have a single registration for all Scouts attending. If that registration contact is a member of the Troop Key 3 (or a Key 3 Designate), be sure to log in with the same email address used to access My.Scouting.org. That way, you will be able to select your Troop Roster, which will make adding Scouts much easier.

Scouts are expected to attend with their Troop and the Troop to include at least two BSA-registered adults who will stay for the duration of the event. Any Scouts attending on their own without their Troop must have a parent or guardian on-site for the duration of the event.

All registrations must be made in advance. No on-site registration accepted.

THE REGISTRATION CONTACT MUST BE AN ADULT. The participant is the Scout, but the Contact must be a parent/guardian or Scoutmaster/Troop Representative.
