Winter Camp Merit Badge Program – Lakeview Lodge 2019

A week of fun and merit badges at Lakeview Lodge. Merit Badges offered will depend on requests and on the qualifications of the adult staff.  Additional Eagle-required Merit Badges are added on request when qualified adult staff are available. Please list any additional merit badges you recommend to add to the program (availability depends on skills of adult instructors).

Other Activities.  Climbing, Volleyball, target Shooting, movies, competitions, talent show.

Living History Option for older youth: US Cavalry Outpost.  Live for a week in 1872 as a soldier in the 4th U.S. Cavalry on the Texas frontier. Fire historic carbines, cannons, and Gatling guns in battle reenactments against local outlaws and Comanche, plus an all-day Civil War battle. The final night is an overnight stay in the historic barracks at Fort Richardson. For youth age 13 and older.
