Camp Card Fundraiser 2024 (Scout Saver/Scout Coupon Cards)

Is your unit looking for an easy fundraiser? Why not try the 2024 Camp Card Sale? The Camp Card is a “discount card” that offers deals at area businesses. Powered by the Entertainment Book, there are discounts all across the U.S. For just $10, that makes the purchase of the card a no-brainer and Scouts earn $5 for each card they sell! By selling Camp Cards your unit can earn 50% commission on every card sold. No upfront deposit or cost to sell, simply sign up and check out the number of cards your unit wants to sell. Unsold cards are returned when you are done selling.
What is the Camp Card fundraiser?
The Scout Saver fundraiser is an Entertainment Savers Guide with offers from local vendors. This is a great deal for $10! The offers are a great mix of retail, dining, automotive services, entertainment, & much more.

When will the program run?
The Camp Card sales begin March 1, 2024 and end on April 30, 2024. Units will be able to start selling when they receive their cards. Units can sell beyond May, but participating Scouting units must pay the Council $5 per card by 5/6/24.
How much does the Scout Coupon Card cost & what is the pricing structure?
The Scout Coupon Card retail cost will be $10 & your Scouting Unit will earn a $5 profit for each one sold. Below is a breakdown of the pricing structure.
$5 Unit Sales Profit
$5 Council funding for support materials & inventory expenses. (Units need to pay $5 per sold card to the Council by 5/6/24)
When Can I order?
Ordering will be available beginning January 31, 2024, and cards can be ordered through April 2, 2024.
When will funds be due to Council?
Funds will be due to Council no later than Tuesday, May 6, 2024
Can I return my unsold Scout Savers?
Yes! Unsold/unregistered cards are to be returned to Longhorn Council. Units will not be charged for any unsold/unregistered cards that are returned prior to May 6, 2024.
Storefront Sales
Units are encouraged to work with local businesses to arrange locations for Storefront Sales. TomThumb and Albertson's are NOT to be asked.
If I order a small amount at first & need more, can I get additional inventory?
Yes. Units will pre-order cards & are able to re-order to supply their selling needs throughout the campaign season (re-orders could take up to 2 weeks to fulfill from the vendor if not in Council stock)
