Cub Scout Resident Camp
at
Camp Mountaineer 2019

Thank you for choosing to make a reservation at Camp Mountaineer during the 2019 summer camp season.  We look forward to providing a quality program experience for your Cub Scout while utilizing the 2019 Cub Scout camping theme of Beneath the Sea!  Scouts will receive a free camp t-shirt if paid in full by June 3, 2019.

Packs are encouraged to register as a unit to make communications and organization easier. The Parent Portal can be used for families to make individual payments directly to the council, or units can decide to collect payments themselves. 

2019 Camp Fees:

• Cub Scouts:  $150 per Scout; $130 if Scout is paid in full by June 3, 2019
• Scouts BSA Den Chiefs:  $80 (must be registered in a troop, at least age 13 and First Class rank)
• adults:  $45

The pack understands and agrees that:

1. Scout spots may be dropped without penalty by June 3, 2019.  After that, a refund request form must be submitted for consideration of a partial refund.

2. Scouts are encouraged to attend camp with their den or pack at the same time.  When female Cub Scouts are attending, a female adult leader must be present from the pack.

3. The contact information to be provided must be the primary person in the pack who should receive Camp Mountaineer information and communications.  Frequently, camp updates and announcements will be sent to the email addresses provided of all attendees and registration contacts.
