Haunted Holi-daze

Join us for Haunted Holi-daze, a one of a kind Cub Scout Adventure where all of your favoirte holidays have collided into one unforgettable weekend. Explore a haunted trail, waner through a spooky Christmas Village, Trick-or-Treat around camp, compete in our scarecrow building contest, and discover festive suprises around every corner.
Haunted Holi-Daze is packed with family fun, hands-on activities, costumes, campfires, games, and memories you'll be talking about long after halloween. Grab your lanter, put on your costume, and help restore the holidays before they're lost forever. Adventure is waiting... if you're brave enough to follow the trail.
BALOO: In addition to the Cub-O-Ree, Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) Training will also be available this weekend. Leaders can register here to complete the training and also participate in the Cub-O-Ree activities. NOTE: No registrations will be accepted after October 16. There will not be walk-ins.
BALOO consists of two components: You will need to complete both the online and practical hands-on components to qualify as a Trained Cub Scout outdoor leader and receive the BALOO recognition patch.
Online component: MUST DO FIRST
The online portion of BALOO is available 24/7 on the BSA Learn Center. Just log in to My.Scouting.org to begin.
Practical, hands-on component:
This 1.5-day course is designed as an introduction to the Cub Scout outdoor program for leaders. A round-robin of topics will include: GPS, Cooking, Aquatics, Sanitation, Gear Selection, First Aid, Nature, Knife Safety, Hiking, Fire Safety, Outdoor Ethics, Basic Knots, and Stoves and Lanterns
Adults must register separately for each event.
WHO: Cub Scouts
- Weekend programming will be appropriate for Cub Scouts.
- Scouts BSA youth are welcome to register with the expectation that they are acting as a den chief for the Pack, and helping the adult Pack leaders throughout the weekend.
- Lions and Tigers must have an adult partner with them.
- Per MAC policy, all adults camping overnight at any district or council activity must be currently registered in Scouting America with a current Safeguarding Youth Training certificate.

FEES:
- Scouts: $65 Early-Bird (before September 1) | $75 Regular (After September 1)
- Non-Scouts: $45 Early-Bird (before September 1) | $65 Regular (After September 1)
- Adults: $40 Early-Bird (before September 1) | $50 Regular (After September 1)
- BALOO Training (Registered Adults): FREE BUT YOU MUST REGISTER - NO WALK IN WILL BE ALLOWED
REGISTRATION CLOSES: October 16, 2026
- Packs should submit ONE SINGLE registration for the unit. Single registrations for Scouts and parents cannot be accomodated.
- Slots are transferrable, and the name, rank, and other details can be changed by editing your registration.
- All youth and adults must bring a copy of their Annual Health and Medical Record, Parts A & B.
- Staff can register individually if you are not participating with a unit.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Safeguarding Youth Training: All adults are required to be current on their Youth Protection Training. This can be completed online prior to arrival online at www.My.Scouting.org. Please provide a copy of your completed YPT training certificate and bring to camp.
