Section G13E Conclave 

Get ready to join us for a mysterious adventure at “Arrowhead Falls, I wish Brotherhood Would Never End.” There are many strange and perplexing happenings in the forest. Come be a part of the team that “Takes Back the Falls!” 

Conclave will be held Friday, April 12th to Sunday, April 14th at the Southern Rockies Camp near Timberon, New Mexico. On-site check-in begins Friday evening at 7:00 pm. 

Conclave will include a vast array of fun games, activities, presentations, and workshops! Curious Competitions include, but are not limited to: Gnome Pong, DnD Maze, Unicorn Fight, costume contest, pool table, basketball, Summerween Pinata, patch trading, and more weird and puzzling adventures. 

Prepare for the live auction with deals that are too “unbelievable” to comprehend. Those who bring their “Mystery Shack” souvenirs (auction items) may be able to receive a special patch dependent on value 

Conclave registration includes a trip to the “Greasy Diner” for a Welcome snack Friday night, 3 meals Saturday, 1 meal Sunday, a Summerween celebration Saturday night, a participant patch, a space to tent, and lots of fellowship. Those tenting will need to bring their own tent and gear. There is an opportunity to upgrade to “Lodging” Details can be found below and in the “Additional Information” section of this registration page. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

First Year Arrowmen who have been in OA for less than one year (as of the date of this Conclave) will receive a special conclave patch and attend a lunch with the Section Officers and other dignitaries where they will share some of their secrets to deciphering OA. You must be within the first 18 to register as a First Year Arrowmen to receive the special patch. 

Upgrade to Indoor Housing: Prices for Lodging are for the weekend. Bunkhouse accommodations are shared rooms divided by gender (Male / Female) and age (under 18 / 18 and over). When choosing a Premium Upgrade in a Cabin or Apartment, ONE person will pay for the room. They in turn can recruit roommates and make their own arrangements for sharing the cost. This is a great way to get a room on a budget. Married couples and families may share a room. Otherwise, YPT must be followed when having roommates. Bedding is provided in the cabin bedrooms and the apartments. You must provide your own bedding if in the bunkhouses. Purchase New Merchandise: Brand New Section Bucket Hats! Customized nametags, section polo shirts, one-of-a-kind conclave t-shirts, and patches, onsite at Grunkle Dennis’s Mystery Shack (Trading Post) or reserve selected items during registration. Not attending in person. You can still order selected items through the registration page. You must arrange for your order to be picked up by someone attending. Medical Forms: All attending must bring a completed BSA A/B medical form. This form must be signed within a year of the event and printed to be turned in to the medical staff. Those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the form. Fillable forms can be found in the attachment section of the registration page. 

Donate to the Officers Fund: Donations to the Officers Fund help to defray costs for officers to attend the Region Section Officer Seminar and National Planning Meeting. Section Officers need to attend these events for the betterment of our Section, Lodges, and the National organization as a whole. Donations will also help defray the cost of a dress uniform for the three Section Officers.
