Adventure Summit 25

We have opened up a limited number of spots for Saturday Day-Only participants at each property!
Join us for a weekend outdoor extravaganza, Adventure Summit, hosted by Greater St. Louis Area Scouting! The event is for everyone and every family who enjoy the best of the outdoors, whether registered in scouting or not. Six different properties will be jam packed with exciting activities like target sports, fishing, Scout skills, nature exploration, games, STEM experiments, and so much more. This is THE outdoor event this spring, join us for the best camping, scouting, and the outdoors has to offer.
All ages of Scouts and Scouters are welcome! Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturers, Explorers, adult volunteers and Scouting families are invited to attend. Activities will be available for all ages! Scouts from other councils are also welcome to register for Adventure Summit. Not registered in Scouting? Come check out Adventure Summit for the day.
Children under 5 years of age are welcome to attend for the day on Saturday for free, but will not be able to participate in actvities at the event.
Scouts will attend as a family or with their unit. Attendees will be responsible for cooking/providing their own meals.
Families with children younger than Cub Scout aged are welcome to attend but will not be able to participate in any of the age restricted activities such as target sports. Parents are directly responsible for the care of younger children.
Cost: The event cost is $30 per youth and $15 per adult. Attend for the weekend or just Saturday! Food is NOT included in event. Each unit or family will be responsible for providing your own meals. Meals are available for purchase at Beaumont Scout Reservation and S-F Scout Ranch.
Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, due to the nature of events at our campgrounds and the commitments we must make in advance, we are unable to offer refunds once registration is complete. We appreciate your understanding.
Staff that registered after April 1st and did not have a staff fee will not recieve staff swag items, but will recieve meals at the event.
Permission/Release Forms
All Guests not reigstered with Scouting America will need to fill out a Hold Harmless Agreement and turned in at Check-In. This Agreement can be found here.
Some activities may require additional permission/release forms in order to participate. Any additional forms needed will be collected when you check in. You will need an additional release form if you are planning to participate in any of the following activities:
- Range and Target Activities (BB Guns, Archery, Rifle, Shotgun, etc.) at Any Property - Permission/Release Form
- ATV Program at Camp Lewallen - Permission/Release Form
- Climbing Wall at Rhodes France Scout Reservation - Permission/Release Form
To participate in any aquatics activites, participants must complete a swim test before the event. This test must be taken within the last year and either a Buddy Tag or a Swim Classification Record must be provided.
