Check-in: 5:00 pm on Friday. Final departures will be 11:00am Sunday morning.

$15 per Scout / $10 per Adult through Friday, March 16th @11:59 pm. 

Late Price of $20 per Scout / $15 per Adult will begin March 17th, 2026

Online registration will close Saturday, March 23rd, 2026

* Note: All meals are subject to individual unit planning. No meals will be provided

All units must have two-deep leadership in accordance with the Youth Protection Training guidelines, and all registered Adults must have completed CURRENT Youth Protection Training.

Refunds are not available but can be transferred to another Scout or Adult, under the same booked registration for this event only

Parts A & B of the health forms are required and must be turned in for all participants at Check-in. Forms will not be provided onsite.  Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance, are provided for all registered members of the Quivira Council.
