Time: Check-in: 5:00 pm on Friday. Final departures will be 11:00 am Sunday.

Cost: $15 per Scout / $10 per adult --- Late fees of $20 per Scout / $15 per adult will apply beginning April 12th.

Online registration will close April 26th.

Gate unlocked/ Check in at 5:00 PM May 3rd at the pavilion

Friday night Leaders meeting 7:30 PM at the pavilion 

Saturday Morning: May 4th

Morning Program Start at 9:00

 

Cubs: Will Be split into 3 groups 

Boats  9:00 - 10:00

Hiking 10:15 - 11:15

Flag Etiquette 11:30 - 12:30              

Troop:

Orienteering 9:00 - 10:00

Weather 10:15 - 11:15

Camp Site Set Up 11:30 - 12:30

 

Lunch 12:30-1:45

No meals will be provided.*

 

Afternoon Programs Start at 1:45   

Cubs:         

Scavenger Hunt 1:45 - 2:45

Camp Site Set up  3:00 - 4:00

Rain Gutter Regatta  4:15 - 5:15 

Troops:

Wilderness Survival 1:45 - 2:45

Forestry 3:00 - 4:00

Crime Prevention 4:15 - 5:15

 

Free time/dinner at camp 5:30 

 

Closing Flags 7:30

 

Camp Fire Starts at 7:45

* Note: All meals are subject to individual unit planning.

No meals will be provided.

All units must have two-deep leadership in accordance with the Youth Protection Training guidelines, and all registered Adults must have completed CURRENT Youth Protection Training.

Parts A & B of the health forms are required and must be turned in for all participants at Checkin. Forms will not be provided onsite. Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance, are provided for all registered members of the Quivira Council.
