KanCare Financial Aid Application Information

This benefit is provided through Better Health of Kansas.

Please complete this form BEFORE completing the BSA online application found at BeAScout.org to ensure a proper discount can be applied. If you are filling out information for Recharter, please know the coupon code will not work! Notify the council office when you have filled out the forms HERE for recharter purposes.

This form is to be completed for any Youth who qualify through KanCare with Aetna, Sunflower, or United Healthcare health plans. 

Please be sure to show the Member ID card to the Cub Scout or Scouts BSA leader for verification.

After you have finished filling out the online forms please utlize the discount code that is emailed to you after the registration is complete. In BeAScout.org during the application payment process please use the coupon code emailed to you to recieve up to $50 discount on fees!

This benefit may be used only one time per calendar year. Also, not available with Council Financial Aid. If more assistance is required, please inquire with your unit leader.
