2022 Webelos Woods

October 14-16 @ QSR

Webelos Woods serves as a stepping stone for Webelo and Arrow of Light scouts and their parents to transition into Scouts BSA through a series of fun-filled demonstrations, activities, and adventures that represent what awaits them in a troop. Hosted by White Buffalo District.

On Saturday, Scouts will learn about First Aid, Camp Cooking, Rope Making, Knots, Monkey Bridge, Nature Hikes, Shooting Sports, Equipment  Branding, and More! On Sunday, Scouts will participate on a hike through beautiful Quivira Scout Ranch learning more about the facility and the nature that surrounds it.

Friday, October 14 - Sunday, October 16, 2022 @ Quivira Scout Ranch

Early check in begins Friday at 12:00pm. Saturday morning check in begins at 7:00am. Program begins with a flag ceremony at 8:30am. Check out concludes at 12:00pm on Sunday.

Early Bird Fee is $20 per youth / $15 per adult if paid by FRIDAY Sept. 16

Fees increase by $5 per person after Sept. 16.   

Last day to register online is Friday, Sept. 30. 

At check-in, units shall provide a current roster and BSA Medical Form A&B (680-001: 2019 printing) for every youth and adult participant.

All units must have two-deep leadership and comply with Youth Protection guidelines. All adults in attendance shall have current Youth Protection training

Don't forget T-Shirts! - $10 up to XL and $12 for 2XL and up.  Cut-Off date to Order is FRIDAY 9-16

Refunds are not available, but fees are transferable to another Scout or Adult under the same registration number.  This is a rain or shine event

Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance are provided for all registered BSA members of the Quivira Council.
