Quivira Council Volunteer Summit: One Team, One Trail

Who: Registered adult volunteers interested in serving beyond the unit level 
 

Join adult volunteers from Quivira Council for a day of connection, collaboration, and planning as we prepare for 2027!

Adult registered volunteers interested in serving beyond the unit level- both current volunteers and those ready to step forward. If you want to lead or support a Council activity in the next 18 months, this Summit is for you!

Together, we will:

-Build connections among volunteers.

-Develop a shared understanding of the Council Activity Policy.

-Coordinate council activities for the next 18 months.

-Bring council committees and subcommittees together to discuss roles, priorities, and opportunities to serve.

Cost: $15 to cover the cost of food- registration on Black Pug required.

Registration Closes December 6th, 2026 @ 11:59pm!!!

Check in starts at 6pm Friday night.

Check Out 9am Sunday morning.

Camping: Available Friday and Saturday nights to help accommodate travel!
