Camp Thunder Summer Camp features traditional merit badge sessions, troop activities, plus unique evening activities and adventures!

Camp Fees:

Scouts: $375* (ALL INCLUSIVE FEE, includes all class materials, all free
                         period materials for all campers)

*A $5 per Scout late fee will be applied if balance not paid in full by 2 weeks prior to arrival unless arranged with Camp Director.
*An optional Whitewater Rafting trip is avaliable for $75.00.

Adults: $150* 
            *2 Free per Troop (with min of 5 youth); 1 more free for every additional 10 youth.

An initial, non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at registration.  Deposit applied against Unit bill. The remaining balance is due as scheuled below:

Week 1 - 25% by Feb 1, 2026;   50% by Mar 1, 2026;   100% by May 2, 2026    late fee applies after May 22
Week 2 - 25% by Feb 8, 2026;   50% by Mar 8, 2026;   100% by May 9, 2026.   late fee applies after May 29
Week 3 - 25% by Feb 15, 2026; 50% by Mar 15, 2026; 100% by May 16, 2026. late fee applies after Jun 5

PLEASE NOTE CANCELATION POLICY:

Reservation deposits are non-refundable but are applied 100% to camping fees. Individual cancellations made by April 1, 2026 will be refunded 75%. Individual cancellations made between April 1, 2026 and May 1, 2026 will be refunded 50%. Individual cancellations made between May 1, 2026 and May 15, 2026 will be refunded 25%. No refunds will be made for cancellations after May 15, 2026. Cancellations must be made by email.  Consideration will be given for cancellations made due to illness or uncontrollable circumstances.
