Please register yourself for one or more roles:

Provisional Scoutmaster A – Advance team. Responsible for recruiting, scheduling and training onsite SMs. Advance team SMs may only be available part of the week or day, due to work commitments.

Provisional Scoutmaster B – Responsible for overseeing scouts in campsites and acting as a guide to their provisional scout unit attendees 24/7. (Need between 10 and 20) ASMs (Male or Female) will, working in pairs, oversee two overnight campsites of up to 10 scouts per site. ASM's must camp overnight, to provide chaperones, in the campsites with Scout attendees. Will assists Scouts in finding merit badge classes and activities, monitors Scout behavior and ensure that scouts follow specified COVID-19 precautions.

Merit Badge Counselors – Must be an approved MB counselor who is willing to volunteer their time several days during MB week to instruct Scouts in their approved MB. Class size will be 10 scouts or fewer.

Quartermaster Staff – QM staff will facilitate merit badge and program activities with gear distribution, setup/teardown and sanitization. These staff members may reside at home or stay overnight at camp.

ALL STAFF - Must be Registered Adult volunteer Scouters (over 21) with current Youth Protection Training.

COVID-19 Virus Advisory: Due to Virginia State guidance for overnight summer camp programs, all overnight participants will be required to provide either 1) a negative molecular COVID-19 test that had been taken within 7 days of their arrival at camp OR 2) have completed a 14 day quarantine prior to arrival at camp OR 3) be fully vaccinated against the virus.
