Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Where:  First Presbyterian Church - 3940 27 1/2 Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506


Join us for the 2026 Spring Merit Badge Rally! Check-in will begin at 8 am and classes will start at 8:30. Lunch will be provided and will be sloppy joes, chips, fruit, cookie, and a drink. 


Important Notes:

  • Please wear your Class A uniform
  • Medical forms A&B are required
  • Merit Badge Workbooks are to be printed prior to the rally and brought with you.
  • Several Merit Badges have work that needs to be completed before and after, please read the attached guide to ensure you are completing the requirements and are prepared for the classes you are taking.

8:30am-10:30am

  • Personal Management* (this merit badge is “Best Suited” for high school aged Scouts)

  • Citizenship in Society* (this class will be geared toward Middle School aged Scouts)
  • Citizenship in the World*
  • Collections

12:30pm-1:00pm: Lunch

1:00pm-5:00pm

  • First Aid*

  • Space Exploration & Astronomy Bundle

1:00pm-3:00pm

  • Backpacking Cooking Class**
  • Chess
  • Citizenship in Society* (this class will be geared toward High School aged Scouts)

*Eagle Rank Required Merit Badge

**This class will teach backpacking cooking skills to support cooking requirements for the Backpacking Merit Badge (7c) and Cooking Merit Badge (6). Scouts, Parents, and Scout Leaders are welcome to join this class.

We are offering 4 different adult education opportunities this year. 

  • Scouts with Special Needs

  • Dedicated Adult Room with Wifi for Online Trainings
