Lodge Leadership Retreat (LLR)

R-C Scout Ranch, Payson, AZ

The Lodge Leadership Retreat (LLR) is the annual planning conference of the Wipala Wiki Lodge.  A chance for the incoming leadership team to meet with their outgoing complement to better understand the responsibilities of their role, set goals for the upcoming year, and grow as a team.  This event is limited to the Current LEC and Outgoing LEC and is by invitation only.

• Check-In will start on Friday evening at 7 p.m. in the R-C Scout Ranch Dining Hall.
• Bring your Field Uniform (Class A) and your OA sash. Also bring scout t-shirts for day activities.
• To attend, you are required to bring a paper copy of your Annual Health & Medical Form (Parts A, B1, B2 and a copy of your insurance card). Electronic copy on your phone or electronic device cannot be used.  Your medical form will be given to the Health Officer and you must pick-up at the end of the event.
• Saturday meals and Sunday breakfast will be provided.
• Attendees will be camping for the weekend.
• LEC youth members (under 17) will be camping in tents. Campsite locations will be announced at check-in.
• LEC young adults (18 to 20) should be prepared to camp in a tent. If they would like to stay in a cabin and if there is availability, the cabin fee is $25 but adults have the first option for cabins.
• LEC Adults (21 and over) may stay in cabins and the fee is $25. You must send Karen.Albers@WipalaWiki.org an email to reserve your bed. Adults staying in cabins will need to bring their own bedding - sleeping bag, pillow, blankets, etc. Please pay your camp fee (cash/check) at check-in and you will be assigned a cabin.
• Headlamp/Flashlight will be helpful in the evenings.

Cabin Request

Please send your Cabin Request to Karen.Albers@WipalaWiki.org. Please include the following information:

• Name
• Gender
• Age Category (Adult or Young Adult)
• If you need electricity for CPAP Machine (may need to bring an extension cord)

You can also continue as a guest and will be able to access your registration through your confirmation email.
