Join us on the Sunday of President's Day weekend! Camp Wilderness will be opened to the PUBLIC for Cosmic Sledding! We are beyond excited to be able to offer our program to the Park Rapids, Bemidji, Nevis, Menagha and surrounding communities. 

Location: Camp Wilderness 29984 Journey Trail Park Rapids, MN

Time: 5:00pm-8:30pm

Cost:

• $10/Person
• Each person on site will need to pay the fee (even if you are not sledding)

What is included?

• 3 1/2 Hours of Cosmic Sledding
• Dinner: Hot dog, chips, juice, hot chocolate

Requirements:

• All tubers/sledders are to be under the age of 6 must go down the hill with a parent or guardian 
• Tickets are to be purchased on site the day of (cash or credit card)
• One person per tube
• No skis or snowboards allowed
• Anyone over the age of 18 must sign their own waiver
• Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign waiver

Clothing Tips

• Dress for the weather by layering your clothes
• Winter coat, snow pants, mittens/gloves, boots, neck warmer are all necessary
• Ski boots are not allowed on hill
• Helmets are recommended but not required (we do not provide any helmets)

Arrival

• You may arrive anytime after 5pm
• You will be greeted in our main parking lot and directed where to park
• You will then be directed to the Trading Post (our store) to pay for your ticket
• From there you can go have dinner (provided) or head sledding/tubing

Departure

• You may depart camp at any time
• The Dining Hall will be open as a warming house (hot chocolate included)

 

Overnight housing accomodations are not available
