This meeting brings together a panel of experienced Scouting volunteers to review a Scout’s progress on the trail to Eagle. Depending on the purpose of the session, the board may conduct the official Eagle Board of Review or meet informally to discuss the Scout’s Eagle project, answer questions, and ensure all requirements are clearly understood. The focus is always on supporting the Scout, recognizing their leadership growth, and helping them confidently take the next step toward earning Scouting’s highest rank.
