These quarterly meetings are where the Venturing and Sea Scouting Officers' Assosciation meets to plan activities throughout the year and to work to improve the Venturing and Sea Scouting Programs we all know and love. All Venturers, Sea Scouts, and their Adults are welcome to attend (for that matter, almost anyone who is curious what happens at these meetings)
