Purpose:
The District Commissioner Meeting is a monthly gathering focused on unit service and support. Commissioners meet to review unit health, share best practices, and coordinate efforts to ensure every pack, troop, crew, and post receives the guidance and resources needed to thrive.

Who Should Attend:
All unit commissioners, assistant district commissioners, and the district commissioner. Other district leaders may attend to collaborate on unit support strategies.

Commissioners are the frontline support for unit leaders. This meeting strengthens communication, builds consistency in service, and helps ensure every Scout has a quality experience.
