KOLA Lodge Leadership Development (LLD)

A Lodge Leadership Development (LLD for short) is a training event designed to promote development of the Lodge’s Leadership, both youth and adult. LLDs are generally held in March and October. All current Lodge and chapter officers and advisers should attend at least one LLD every year. Leadership courses are designed to improve the function and operation of the Lodge, chapters, and the Scout/Scouter’s home unit by promoting leadership and life skills. Any and all other Lodge members who are interested in learning more about the Lodge and LLD are strongly encouraged to attend.
Cost: $15, includes materials and Saturday Lunch.
Expected uniform: Full "Class A" Field Uniform and OA sash.
Transportation to and from the event is the responsibility of the individual Scout. Carpooling to the event is recommended, but all Scouting America travel and safeguarding youth guidelines should be followed.
Attendees will need to bring a copy of the Annual Health and Medical Record, parts A & B.
Registration closes Friday, February 28th.
