This is a Council-wide event to honor all volunteers in Adventure West Council, including those that have held a leadership position at the Council level in 2024. We will celebrate the 2024 class of Eagle Scouts and many other top achievers in our Council. We will be awarding the Silver Beaver Award to selected nominees.The Silver Beaver is the highest award a Council can bestow on a volunteer. It is a very prestigious award and those who are chosen to receive this award are in a very elite group. We will also be recognizing those volunteers that have earned training awards and other council level awards.

The event will begin with check-in from 11:00 – 11:30 AM. The program will begin at 11:45 a.m. with lunch and awards ceremony following. All Council Committee Chairs, District Key 3’s, Silver Beavers, award recipients and anyone else that wants to celebrate our volunteers is encouraged to attend. There is limited space so get your registration in early! Early Bird Price: $TBD per person (Until March 28th) Regular Price: $50.00 per person until April 4th. No registrations accepted after that date.
