2024 Fall Cuboree- ScoutCraft!

4-6 October, Sembach Germany

The cuboree will be held at Sembach Fields, Sembach Army Base. Check-in will begin at 1700 on the 4th. The event will conclude at approximately 1100 on Sunday the 6th. All Cub Scouts and their families registered in the Transatlantic Council are invited to attend. The registration fee is $25 per scout, $10 per adult and $5 per non-registered sibling. Price includes all program activities, and a patch (Not food). Camping is available beginning Friday, 4 October and Saturday, 5 October on site at the Sembach Fields.

We have enabled the use of Parent Portal.  This allows the initial registration contact to provide unit parents with access to just their Scout's part of the registration, to make payments and complete data entry. Here is how it works:

  • Start by clicking the Use Parent Portal checkbox.
  • Print parent login credentials using one of the following two buttons.
  • Give parents one login credential for each of their participants (including themselves if they're one of the participants).
  • Parents use these credentials to make payments and update data entry fields such as name, rank, dietary requirements, etc.
  • Please see all attachments on this registration page, including the Leader Guide.

Don't forget to download the Event Guide on this page for more details!

Installation access is required for Sembach Kaserne. All individuals needing installation access will be added to an access roster. Please indicate during registration that you need to be added to the roster. Anyone needing to be added to the access roster or signed in to Sembach Kaserne will need to bring their passport.

STAFF- Both Adults, Scouts BSA, Crews, & Ships youth volunteers are needed to help run the ScoutCraft Cuboree to include checking in, checking out, program activity stations, campfire, and administrative duties. If you are interested in assisting, please email Dan Cole. If you are a Scout, please ensure your unit leader is included on the email. You may also register as a volunteer on the event sign up page.
