The Black Eagle Lodge will conduct our Fall Fellowship September 12 to 14 , 2025.

Location: Camp Freedom (aka Frankenkaserne)  at 09613 Marktbergel, Oberdachstetten Germany 

Ordeal Candidates who have been elected by their troop, crew or ship to join the Order of the Arrow within the last two years are invited to attend this fellowship and complete their membership in the Black Eagle Lodge.  The weekend will also provide opportunities for Brotherhood Conversions ceremonies for those who are eligible, and Vigils for those who have received the calling.

Ordeal Candidate Fees are $75.00.
Brotherhood Candidate Fees are $55.00.
Fees for Vigil Candidates are $55.00.
Fees for currently registered Arrowmen are $30.00.
Fees increase by $5.00 per person if you register after September 15th.  Registration closes September 10th

There is no Friday dinner or Sunday lunch. Breakfast Lunch dinner on Saturday as well as Sunday breakfast will be provided (Join the cook team and help!) typically a snack is available on Friday upon arrival not a full meal

We aim to have a Black eagle Lodge OA Trading Post open during the weekend.

As part of the Ordeal Weekend, we will be involved in a Service Project. In addition to your Scout uniform, please pack work clothes, work gloves,  and expect to get dirty.
