Webelos/AOL Weekend 2026 !

Webelos Woods is a fun-packed event designed to acquaint WEBELOS and Arrow of Light Scouts with their Dens and their parents with the future adventures of the Scouts BSA program. Past participants confirm that this weekend of activities played a key part in a smooth transition from the Cub Scouts to Scouts BSA program.

Webelos Woods is open to all Cub Scout Dens (and their parents/guardians and leaders) who are currently WEBELOS (4th Graders) or current  Arrow of Light Scouts (5th Graders) The unit's Den Chief is also welcome. All other Cub Scouts and siblings will not be allowed to attend this event.

This is a weekend camping and learning experience activity. Camping is planned for both Friday and Saturday nights however Scouts are also welcome to just attend during the day of Saturday events.

Camp sites will be assigned after the registration is completed. Individual WEBELOS and AOL's and their parents are welcome to attend and camp, even if their Den or Pack is not attending.

All Cubs MUST have a parent or guardian present for the Weekend

We will have several local Scout BSA troops on hand to help lead and provide hands on experience to the WEBELOS and AOL's.

The registration fee for Cub Scouts is $15.00, Cub Parents and leaders the  fee is $10.00.  A Late fee of an additional $5 is applied after October 4th, 2026.

The registration deadline to participate is Friday October 16th, 2026
