District Honors Breakfast

Patrick Sterrett

Patrick joined the National staff as the Assistant Chief Scout Executive – Field Services in November 2017. He now serves as the Executive Vice President - High Adventure Bases, where he oversees the four High Adventure Bases & the Summit Bechtel Reserve General Manager.

In his professional career, he has served as a District Executive, Senior District Executive, and Development Director in the Daniel Webster Council, Manchester, NH. An Endowment Director, Director of Development, and Deputy Scout Executive in the National Capital Area Council, Bethesda, MD. He has also served as Scout Executive for Del-Mar-Va Council in Wilmington, DE, and then as Area Director for Area 6 in the Northeast Region. Patrick then spent four and half years serving as the Scout Executive for Crossroads of America Council, Indianapolis, IN.

Council Court of Honor Dinner

Terry L. Fossum

Terry has been active in Scouting for nearly 50 years and as an adult Scouter, he has been serving in numerous positions on the unit, district and council level. He is a former Scoutmaster, Executive Vice President for the Inland Northwest Council, and the Wood Badge Marketing Chair for the Western Region.  

Recently, Terry represented all of Boy Scouts of America winning "Kicking and Screaming," a survival reality show pitting 10 survival experts against each other in a jungle, while teamed up with a complete novice.

As an officer in the United States Air Force, he has received many military honors.


Parking

Free parking is available after 6:00 pm CST on Friday, April 22, and for the remainder of the weekend in the 330 Main Street Parking Ramp, https://greenbaywi.gov/775/Convention-Parking, just southwest of the convention center and has a skywalk to the KI Convention Center and the Hyatt Hotel. Cost prior to 6:00 PM CST on Friday is $0.85 per hour. The Hyatt Regency has hourly parking for $1.00 per hour or $10.00 per day for overnight guests with a validated ticket by a Guest Service Representative.
