A merit badge academy will be held February 14th, 2026 at Sun Prairie West High School, 2850 Ironwood Drive, Sun Prairie, WI 53590

Medical forms will be collected at check-in.  Please bring Parts A & B of the Scouting America medical forms.  A copy can be downloaded from the attachments section.

Event Schedule

Registration: 7:30am

Opening Ceremony: 8:00am

Session 1: 8:20am - 12:20pm

Pool: 11:30am - 3:00pm (More details at day of event)

Lunch (Not Provided, Cash Only Concessions available): 12:20pm

Session 2: 1:10pm - 5:10pm

Closing Ceremony: 5:10pm
