WINTER SOCIAL WEEKEND

CAMP MOUNTAINEER | JAN 5-7, 2024

Theme:  Jedis vs. Pirates! 

All OA Members are welcome! Come for the weekend or just come for Saturday!  Members will be put into teams for lots of fun and games.
A treasure hunt will be part of the fun.  Each time your team wins, they will get a detailed clue for the treasure hunt.

NOTE:  Remember that you must be a dues-paid member of the BSA and Menawngihella Lodge to participate in the weekend!  If you need to check your status, email info@macbsa.org.  You can pay your OA dues for 2024 online at https://scoutingevent.com/615-OADues2024.

Cost:  Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, event patch, lodging and facility rental 

Weekend:  $25 ($20 if paid by Dec 29) 
Saturday only: $20 ($15 if paid by Dec 29)

2:00PM Spaceship vs Pirate Ship (yukon sled race/soupbox derby car race)
5:00PM Treasure Hunt 
6:00PM Dinner with Cantina Bar
7:00 PM Check out for Saturday-only Arrowmen

8:00-9:00AM Breakfast
9:00-10:00AM Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) meeting
10:00AM Check out at Dining Hall. Scouts to be picked up only by those approved on their Health Forms.  Check out will be with Health Officer.
