Each class will be one period for both Saturdays.  For example, if you register for Sports in the 1st period, you will attend this will be your class for both 1st periods both Saturdays.  If you register for the Fire Safety class, this will last for 2 periods (1st period and 2nd period) for both Saturdays. There are a few classes that are only one Saturday.  If you have any questions, please contact the office at 304-277-2660.

**Class lasts for 2 periods both sessions.

Lunch: Please bring a sack lunch we will provide drinks. Lunch will be provided for Merit Badge counselors.

Uniform: All Scouts MUST be in Class “A” Uniform.

Schedule:

• 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Check-in
• 8:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Orientation & Opening
• 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. First Session
• 10:40 a.m.-12:10 p.m. Second Session
• 12:15p.m.-12:35 p.m. Lunch in Horizon Hall or designated cafeteria area
• 12:40p.m.-2:10 p.m. Third Session
• 2:20p.m.-3:50 p.m. Fourth Session
• 3:55p.m. Check-out

Bottles of water are available in Horizon Hall. 

Reminder to all Scouts: it is your responsibility to lead by example and leave a place better than you found it.  Please make sure you clean up after yourself before leaving the lunch room, classrooms, and restrooms.
