It's time to put on your favorite costumes and join us for a magical journey into the heart of autumn and the spirit of Halloween. Gather your patrols and prepare for a spine-tingling, laughter-filled, and memory-making weekend filled with challenges and the joy of camping, with a twist.

Last year’s event was amazing and attended by over 400 Scouts and Scouters! This year we are planning on bringing you an even better program. This is an exciting camping event to meet fellow Scouts from across the council! Get your Unit Signed up now!

Activities and Highlights:

• Dutch Oven Cooking: Experience the joy of dutch oven cooking if your patrol chooses to participate in the Dutch Oven Chili Cook-Off.
• Haunted Trail Patrol Gauntlet: Patrols, it's your time to shine! Navigate through a series of thrilling challenges and puzzles along the haunted trail through the forest. 
• Tomahawk Throwing: Hone your aiming skills and compete in the legendary Tomahawk Throwing competition.
• Hayrides: Climb aboard our hayride wagon and journey through the captivating landscape of autumn at Camp Thunderbird. 
• And more!

Prepare for an unforgettable adventure and a spooktacular time at our Fall Camporee!

• Open to all Venture Crews, Scouts BSA Troops and Arrow of Light Scouts invited by and registered with the Troop. If someone is a member of multiple units please register with the unit you plan on atttending the event with.
• Arrow of Light scouts will not be staying overnight and must bring either 1) their parent/guardian OR Pack 2-deep leaderships if troop and pack are not the same Chartering Organization. Adults will be $20 per individual. 
• Only 1 registration per unit. Select the number of patrols for your unit. You will enter the youth registrations on the next page.
• Campers are encouraged to arrive in costumes, but please bring your Class A and Class B.
• Scouts are responsible for their own tents and camping equipment.
• Campsites will be available for units to camp early on Friday night.
• Patrols/troops will provide their own meals, with the exception of Sunday lunch. Sunday lunch will be provided by the event.
• Saturday's schedule will include an optional Dutch Oven Chili Cook-Off. Each patrol may choose to participate. We will provide 1 pound of ground hamburger for each entry. The winning patrol will be awarded an official BSA Dutch Oven!

Patch Design Contest! Scouts are encouraged to submit their designs for the chance to be selected for this years Fall Camporee Patch! The winner will also have their registration fee waived and will attend for free! The requirements for this contest are that the patch must:

• Designed by a Scout
• Spooky Halloween Themed
• Fit within 3.5 inch Circle or Square
• Submitted by July 31st to Rachael.weaver@scouting.org: Specific Requirements and template attached
