BALOO & IOLS. Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation & Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills IOLS/BALOO are required training for camping. BALOO is a one-day training for Cub Camping, IOLS is an overnight focused on older Scout skills but helpful to Cub leaders. These courses will help you provide the best experience possible for youth in your unit. Open to all registered parents and unit supporters.
