Each Lodge is initially limited to 20 participants. The total number of participants is limited to 80. If extra space is available, more participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participant Information:
All attendees need to bring their own PAPER MEDICAL FORM, tent, uniform & sash, day pack, water bottles, gloves, rain gear, personal First Aid kit (with any medications in their original container), and clothing appropriate to the weather. This is an outdoor event. All attendees are encouraged to carpool with members of their lodge.
What is a Section Induction Experience (SIE)?
An SIE is a section-hosted induction weekend during which participants fully experience the New Induction Experience and are prepared to return home ready to deliver the induction experience in their lodge.
An SIE is immersive, a full weekend, and structurally consistent with lodge-level induction weekends. An SIE is not a demonstration, an observer event, a ceremony-only event, or a partial-weekend experience. All participants must fully experience the entire induction weekend. Observer or partial-attendance roles are strongly discouraged and do not count towards a core team member getting trained.
