Huguenot Trail District Pinewood Derby Races

Huguenot Trail will be hosting Huguenot Trail District's 2026 Pinewood Derby.  All are welcome to race, not only 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers at the Pack level. 

Pre-registration is required to allow us to set up heats in advance. Please look out for separate email.

Awards will be presented for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each Den level. 

Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026

Location: St. John Neumann Catholic Church- 2480 Batterson Rd, Powhatan, VA 23139

Cost: FREE for ALL (but ALL RACERS MUST register in advance)

Who can attend: 

• All registered youth from Huguenot Trail District Cub Scout Packs

Times:  

• Lions and Tigers check in 10:00AM - 10:45AM, races start at 11:00AM

• Wolves and Bears check in 11:00AM - 11:45AM, races start at 12:00PM

• Webelos and AOLs check in 12:00PM - 12:45PM, races start at 1:00PM
