Get ready for an amazing adventure at our upcoming Cub Scout Family Camp in the summer of 2024! We're thrilled to invite you and your family to join us for a fantastic time filled with laughter, camaraderie, and the great outdoors!

Bring along your family tents, sleeping gear, and enthusiasm to set up camp within your den/pack area as a group. Scouts, get ready for a memorable night in a family tent with your loved ones or in a tent on site, following all Youth Protection guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We encourage families to come together, and we're here to make it easy for everyone. For the perfect outing, make arrangements for appropriate adult leadership, as per BSA Youth Protection policy and Scouting's Barriers to Abuse.

Attention to all our wonderful female youth participants! We're excited to have you on board, and we must ensure a safe environment with at least one registered adult female leader over 21 years old in each unit with female youth.

Our Health Officer will be there at check-in to review BSA Health Forms and address any concerns. Please ensure all participants come prepared with a completed BSA Health Form (Parts A and B) - find it in the attachments.

Day 1 on the 25th of July will be focused on Webelos solely. Only Webelos should check-in July 25 and all other Cub Scouts check-in July 26.

Days 2-4 (26th-28th of July) is focused on all scouts.

Be sure to bring the attached Medical forms with you during event check-in.
