Cub Scouts and their families participate in a variety of Crime Solving and Investigation Activities at Pipsico Scout Reservation!  Similar to other Cub Family Camping Weekends, this will be an opportunity to get away from the busy buzz of the city for the weekend and enjoy some time in the great outdoors with a heavy theme towards detective activities.

There will be numerous general camp events that guests will have the opportunity to participate in, including bb-guns, archery, sling shots, climbing tower events, Nature Events, and handicrafts just to name a few.

All meals will be provided by and prepared by the participants in their campsites.

A Camp Fire will be held Saturday Evening, and all units and families are expected to participate with skits and/or songs.

Come out, participate in, and witness the true spirit of scouting; Scouts teaching Scouts and all that Pipsico has to offer in a fun-filled outdoor adventure-packed fall weekend at "Cub Scout Investigators"!

Guests will also be able to explore on a scavenger hunt through camp and enjoy excellent fall camping weather.  Don’t forget to enter one of the dessert cook-offs and win the bake-off prize at the evening campfire program! There will also be door prize drawings at the campfire program. The camp Trading Post will be ope,n so check out the awesome camp merch and snacks available!!

No food will be provided this weekend.  Campers have the benefit of creating a menu tailored to their scouts' wants and needs.  Please be prepared to clean-up what you bring.  Water is available in all sites, and dumpsters are located at the entrance to camp for any waste.  Please check the program schedule when planning your meals to ensure you have enough time to prepare, eat, and tidy up.
