EVENT OVERVIEW
You are invited to attend the 8th Annual Midwestern State University Merit Badge College sponsored by the Northwest Texas Council, Boy Scouts of America. This will be a unique opportunity for your Scouts to work on a variety of merit badges, explore the Midwestern State University Campus, work side by side with college students in college classrooms, and so much more!

Only 250 Scouts will have the opportunity to be a part of this AWESOME event. Additional event information can be found in the 2026 NWTC Merit Badge College Leaders Guide provided as an attachment to this event.

PREREQUISITES (requirements that cannot be completed in class)

Please be sure that all parent contact information is accurate as we will be contacting those who register for badges that have prerequisites! Parents, please help us to ensure the best experience for all Scouts in their classes by ensuring that your Scout is completing the prerequisites prior to arriving at MSU. 

Please complete the following for those attending the event. If you are an adult that will be staying on campus for any length of time, you must fill out the waiver and background check.
