Council Pinewood Derby 

Caddo Area Council is excited to announce this year's Pinewood Derby! This event will be held the 20th, 22nd, and 23rd of April and can be attended in person or virtually. Preliminary races will be held the 20th and 22nd, with the final held on the 23rd. Please sign up for the time/date of the heat you would like to enter your car.

If you do not wish to attend in-person, sign up for which heat you would like your car to race in, drop your car off in advance and watch the live stream of the race!  Virtual entries must turn their car into the Scout Service Center by 5:00 pm April 20th. 

The fastest car in each heat will be invited to come to the finals on April 23rd from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

**Temperatures will be taken at check in and must be below 100.4°F for an individual to attend.  Please do not attend if you have had exposure to or displayed COVID-19 symptoms in the last two weeks.  Please consider not attending if you or someone in your household are considered to be in the high-risk group for COVID 19 as defined by the CDC https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/need-extra-precautions/people-at-higher-risk.html.  All attendees over the age of 10 must wear a mask.  Please bring your own.  Please bring the completed COVID-19 Screening questionnaire with you.**”

Please make sure that all adults who intend to attend the Pinewood Derby are registered (they are free).  Space is limited within the room for each heat, due to COVID-19.  We ask that each Cub Scout is accompanied by only one adult, to allow as many Cub Scouts to race as possible.
