Christmas Crafts and Caring for Others - Cub Scouts

Event Details

Christmas Crafts and Caring for Others (K-5th grade)

Make Christmas crafts, play Christmas games and help other.  Bring a pair of socks to donate to Randy Sam’s Shelter and make a card for someone in the area who has no family, as Service Projects.

 

Requirements Covered:

Lions – Pick my path 1                                  

Tiger Circles: Duty to God 4, Team Tiger 4, Good Knights 6

Wolves – Council Fire – 2                 

Webelos – Duty to God in Action 2

 

This activity is being held at the Scout Service Center at 24 Lynnwood Dr, Texarkana TX 75503.

 

Lions and Tigers (K and 1st grade) must be accompanied by an adult partner, who is 21 years old or older.  Second grade and up can be accompanied by a Den Leader – if you are planning on your Cub Scout being accompanied by a Den Leader, please confirm that your Den Leader is attending the same session that you are sending your Cub Scout to and is willing to watch your child.  All attendees, both adults and Cub Scouts MUST be registered to attend the event.  A non-registered youth may attend one event.  To attend more than one of these a youth must have a current registration with the BSA.  Children younger than Kindergarten cannot attend the event.

 

**Temperatures will be taken at check in and must be below 100.4°F for an individual to attend.  Please do not attend if you have had exposure to or displayed COVID-19 symptoms in the last two weeks.  Please consider not attending if you, your child or someone in your household are considered to be in the high risk group for COVID 19 as defined by the CDC https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/need-extra-precautions/people-at-higher-risk.html.  All attendees over the age of 10 must wear a mask that covers their nose and mask at all times.  Those under the age of ten are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.  Please bring your own.**

 

Registration for this event will close on 12/10 at 11pm
