Join us in honoring the achievements of 18 exceptional Eagle Scouts and our committed volunteers who are instrumental in sustaining Scouting within our local area. The Council Banquet is scheduled for February 18th, 2025, at the Great Room of Texarkana College, located at 2500 N Robison Rd, Texarkana, TX 75599. At this event, each Eagle Scout will showcase a table highlighting their Scouting experiences, and we will acknowledge some of our most devoted volunteers. Additionally, we are excited to award the esteemed Silver Beaver Award to two outstanding volunteers who have significantly contributed to Scouting in Texarkana for over a decade. We invite the community to be a part of this meaningful celebration. Please remember to pre-register for the event. A single registration per group is sufficient, just include the total number of attendees accompanying you.

Banquet Schedule

Check-In: 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Dinner: 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Reception: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Awards will be presented in this order: Volunteers, Silver Beavers, & Eagle Scouts 

**Eagle Scout table set up will begin at 3:00 PM the day of the event.
