Greetings Brothers and Sisters,

Akela Wahinapay Lodge 232 is having the 2026 Pow Wow and Back to School Bash at Camp Preston Hunt on July 31 - August 1. You can register online or at the Council Office.  All participants must have a current BSA registration, a signed “Code of Conduct” , and SYT (Safeguarding Youth Training) for all participants 18 years of age and older. Please see the list of attachments for a Code of Conduct form. 

As Scouting's National Honor Society, the OA provides service, activities, adventures, and training that are models of quality leadership development and programming that enrich, support, and help extend Scouting to America's youth.  In saying this we will be holding our annual elections for the lodge.  All youth are welcome to run for an Officer position.   If interested in running for a position, please fill out the form with the appropriate signatures and turn it in at check in. All officer forms are due by 12 noon, August 1, 2026.

We will be having games and other activities Saturday evening.  We are planning on having a lot of fun and I hope that I will see each of you there.

This will be a fun weekend of Service and Fellowship. I hope to see all Lodge members at the 2026 Pow Wow. Remember, the Order of the Arrow is the Brotherhood of Cheerful Service!
