Join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of 17 outstanding Eagle Scouts and recognize the dedicated volunteers who help sustain Scouting in our local community. The Council Banquet will take place on March 19, 2026, at Wesley Hall in Williams Memorial, located at 4000 Moores Lane, Texarkana, TX 75503.  ***Please note new location***

During the event, each Eagle Scout will host a display table showcasing their Scouting journey, and we will honor several of our most committed volunteers. We are also proud to present the prestigious Silver Beaver Award to one exceptional volunteer who has made a significant impact on Scouting in Texarkana for more than a decade.

We invite the community to join us for this meaningful celebration. Please be sure to pre-register for the event. One registration per group is sufficient—just include the total number of attendees in your party.

Banquet Schedule

Check-In: 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Dinner: 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Reception: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Awards will be presented in the following order: Volunteers, Silver Beaver recipients, and Eagle Scouts.
