Influential Woman of Character Honoring Marci Dickerson

Marci Dickerson exemplifies the true meaning of giving back to the community that has given her so much. A lifelong resident of Las Cruces, Marci is a passionate entrepreneur and devoted community champion. While she owns and operates multiple businesses in the hospitality and real estate industries, her greatest fulfillment comes from her commitment to service. Through her 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Revolution 120, Marci has launched impactful and life changing initiatives that continue to strengthen lives across Southern New Mexico. From distributing more than 60,000 pounds of food during the COVID pandemic, to creating Warrior League, a baseball program for children with special needs, to supporting families through Cancer Warriors and the Mammo to Answers initiative, her work reflects a deep dedication to compassion, leadership, and community care. As Marci shares, “My true blessing is being able to solve problems and make my community better each and every day.”

The Influential Woman of Character Luncheon is one of the premier fundraising events for the High Desert Council and directly supports local Scouting programs that serve youth and families across our community. Funds raised through this event help provide character development, leadership training, outdoor education, and life skills programming for local Scouts. These programs build confident and capable young people who will become the leaders of tomorrow. Your support not only honors Marci’s extraordinary example of service, but also ensures that Scouting continues to make a lasting and positive impact in Southern New Mexico. Your generosity is deeply appreciated.

This special luncheon provides a meaningful opportunity to connect with fellow community leaders, celebrate the power of women in leadership, and be inspired by Ms. Dickerson’s remarkable story while making a direct investment in the future of our youth.
