Cub Day Camp 2023 

Get ready to rev up your engines and race into a summer of fun at our Cub Scout Day Camp! Join us for two days of action-packed activities and games that are sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. 

Dates, Times, and Locations 
East of El Paso: July 10th – July 11th - Ysleta United Methodist Church 1 PM - 6 PM

West Side of El Paso: July 12th – July 13th - Saint Patrick Elementary 1 PM - 6 PM

Las Cruces: July 14th, 1 PM - 6 PM – July 15th, 8 AM - 1 PM  St. Paul’s Methodist Church  

Event Description: 

This event is designed for Cub Scouts and their families to come together for a day of adventure and learning. Our camp features a variety of activities that are both fun and educational, including: 

Shooting Sports: Scouts will participate in BB and Archery 

Adventures: Scouts will work in their individual dens to earn adventure pins and belt loops. 

STEM Crafts: A large area will be provided for STEM learning 

Water Games: At the end of Day 2 Scouts will join in for some fun water games! 

Physical team challenges  

Throughout the day, campers will have the opportunity to earn badges, and learn important skills. We will also have a Fuel (snack) break, so please bring your own snacks. The Pit Stop (trading post) will be open and will accept cash/credit/checks and will have snacks and other items for purchase. We encourage everyone to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and to bring sunscreen and a labeled water bottle. Bring a towel for Days 2 water games! 

Campers will learn important safety rules and guidelines for shooting sports, and will have the opportunity to practice and develop their marksmanship skills. Activities will include instruction and practice with a range of shooting sports equipment, including BB guns, and archery bows. 

 Registration for Cub Day Camp is required, and the fee is $65. Registration includes all activities and materials needed for the day. Please register by June 1st for early bird registration. After June 1st registration is $70. Registration closes June 12th . 

Registration includes camp shirt, day camp badge, draw string bag, shooting sport badge and adventure loops, plus all the great items from your den adventures!
