Thank you for registering your Scout for the Brownsea-22 adventure!  My name is Cliff Russell and I am the 2025 Brownsea-22 Course Director.  My staff and I are very much looking forward to hosting the program this summer and working with this year’s group of enthusiastic young scouts.  
The link below will take you to a welcome letter for Brownsea-22 participants and their parents.  This letter contains an abundance of information about how to prepare for camp, how to find Gorham Scout Ranch, when to arrive, and when to pick up your scout, etc.  Please read it THOROUGHLY and CAREFULLY, and make certain that all your bases are covered so you will not have any surprises when you arrive in camp.  If you have read the Participant Letter thoroughly and still have questions, please feel free to reach out to me via email and I will do my best to address your inquiry.  You can find my contact information below and on the first page of the Participant Letter.

We ask that participants arrive at camp between the hours of 5pm and 7pm on Sunday, June 8.  Please do not arrive earlier than 5pm as there will be no one at the check-in location to receive participants prior to that time.  Parents will want to attend the final assembly of the Brownsea-22 troop the following Saturday, June 14 at 10 am.  Once this assembly is over (approximately 10:30-10:45am) the Brownsea troop will be dismissed and everyone must depart from camp.

As some aspects of planning are still up in the air, I may need to send additional information out before camp begins.  Please be vigilant and read thoroughly any future communication as it will be very important.  I will do my best to send any new information with sufficient time to act on it before you must leave for camp.
