The LLD is designed for Lodge Executive Committee members (Lodge and Chapter officers and advisors) and those arrowmen who aspire to be a lodge or chapter officer or advisor. All arrowmen in the Lodge are invited to attend. And all arrowmen will get something out of the event. During the LLD, the LEC members meet and develop the annual calendar, the annual budget and make other Lodge policy decisions for the upcoming year. The Annual Lodge Banquet and other upcoming Lodge events will be planned. The LLD will serve as the monthly Lodge Executive Committee meeting. This is the first opportunity for the new Lodge officers to meet and coordinate with their advisors and each other. The business should be completed by noon or so on Saturday

The 2023 LLD will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2023 at the Open Gate Church, 9821 McCombs, El Paso, TX. .

On Friday night, we will have fun activities, including board games, movies, and a crackerbarrel. You are also invited to participate in a White Elephant gift exchange. Please bring a wrapped gift, valued between $10-15, to exchange. Please no gag gifts. Only those who bring a gift can participate.

Arrowmen who would like to may spend the night at the church, either tenting outside or inside on your own cot.

There will be a cracker barrel on Friday night as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday. 

Cost for the LLD is $15 for dues paid members. The cost includes the food and a special flap.  If you have not yet paid your 2023 dues, the cost is an additional $10 for a total of $25. There is no cost for 2023 Season Pass holders.

We will have the small Trading Post open on Saturday for your patch and snack needs.

Registration is due not later than November 30th at 2 PM.
