Gila Lodge Training and Lodge Banquet will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the Grace United Methodist Church, 1206 Greenwood Lane, Alamogordo, NM 88310. 

We will begin at 12 pm with lunch and the Lodge Executive Committee meeting. From 1-4 pm, we will hold some fun training events, including beading, choker making, singing, drumming and dancing, and the like.

The live auction will be held at 4 pm. We will also be offering online Legacy patch sets for sale. If you would like to donate patches for our Legacy patch sale or auction, please provide the donations to Bill Johnston at 5100 Cockrell, El Paso, TX 79934 not later than 12/30/2021.Those who donate at least $50 worth of patches will receive a special donor patch. We are only accepting patches as donations. Please do not submit any other items. 

The banquet will begin at 5:30 pm with the awards ceremony immediately following.  Join us to recognize fellow Arrowmen for exemplary service to the Lodge for 2021. Join us to discover who our newest Vigil Candidates are during the Vigil Callout. 

The Trading Post will be open all day.

The fee for the awards banquet and training day is $35 which includes your meal, patch, awards, and your 2022 annual dues.

The fee for nonmembers (ie family) is $25 which includes your meal, patch and awards.

You can also catch up on your 2021 dues of $10 if you have not paid them yet. Those who pay their 2021 dues before 12/31/2021 will receive a special patch, determined by the Lodge. 

This is your only opportunity to purchase the Lodge Season Pass. The season pass covers your annual 2022 dues, the Lodge Banquet Day, the Bug Scuffle, the Spring and Summer Ordeal Weekends, the Fall Fellowship, and the Lodge Leadership Development for all members. and the Vigil Weekend for Vigil members. The fee for the 2022 Season Pass is $115 for Ordeal and Brotherhood members and $135 for Vigil Members. This is a savings of $20 over the course of the year. For those Ordeal members who completed their Ordeal in 2021, your Season Pass is prorated to $105 since your 2022 dues were paid in your Ordeal fee. Those Ordeal members who completed their Ordeal in 2020 AND you purchased the 2021 Season Pass, your 2020 Season Pass is also prorated to $105. For the Season Pass only, we are offering an installment plan. Pay half up front and the remainder not later than March 1, 2022. Remember that those who do not make the second payment will forfeit their season pass with no refund.
